Learning Objectives:

• Review a structured onboarding process for youth peer advocates

• Review interactive workflows that could assist in the professional development of your YPA and their contribution to the coalition’s mission

• Discuss the importance of and steps to developing a collaborative working relationship between YPA and the coalition coordinator
